It Support

Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and telephone lines
- Troubleshoot all IT related issues
- Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
- Repair and replace devices as needed
- Load and configure all required software
- Input and update department's asset list and other required data
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Other as allocated

**Requirements**:

- Hold minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System or equivalent
- At least 1 years of IT related working experience, preferably IT Hardware
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer, telephone systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
