- Perform software / hardware installation and maintenance
- Maintain and develop network servers and company databases to keep them up to date
- Routinely do maintenance and overcome trouble shooting
- Perform desktop / printer / scanner / laptop setup for employees
- Responsible for overall IT operations including systems, servers, networks, etc.
