It Support

Assistance with setting up, troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware such as PC, laptops, imac, macbooks, servers, printers, scanners, handphone and networking equipment.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- User Support : Providing assistance to user with technical issue, software training, password reset and access permissions.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- RND : Research and testing new technology
- Data Backup and Recovery : Impelementation and management of backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability, as well as assistance with data recovery in case of data loss
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintaining documentation of IT systems, configurations and report of incidents and resolutions.
- Possibly training more junior staff members

**Job Requirement**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and stakeholders effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in networking (Mikrotik Router, Linux, Wireless, Bandwidth Controller, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS) are a plus - Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL Foundation are a plus.
Any other related professional certification will be an advantage
