It Server Support

Monitor, backup, and restore servers
- Support the activities of implementing the transition of the Head Office such as: Data Center Server ( Virtual Private Cloud), HP Data Protector, ATL Web, EUC Server
- Support implementation or switching activities when needed
- Minimum Diploma in Information Systems or related
- Good customer service communication skills
- Have knowledge basic skills in Programming
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Has 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support
- Willing to work SHIFT
