Complete the Administrative Documents consisting of letter documents, Legality Documents, Financial Documents & Complete Technical Document and submit by wrapping and sealing on envelopes or uploaded in eProc according to the requirements in RKS customers.
Documentation of all tender documents (in the Business Support Server Folder) before submitting to the customer and input data list prospect customer.
Update partner data and list partners on demand from Account Manager either manually or online (by system)
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field with minimum GPA 3.00
Having basic computer skills and mastering Microsoft Office
Having excellent communication skills and the ability to count well
Neat and meticulous person
Able work under tight pressure
Able to work well both individually or in a team
