Recommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures to meet industry best practices and SLAs.
Coordinate external vendors, ensure resource supply and delivery, and support business growth.
Manage outsourcing and vendor relationships for colocation Data Centre services to meet or exceed SLAs.
Maintain knowledge of 24x7 onsite support procedures, and continuously improve operational processes, procedures, methods, and tools.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
5+ years of experience in large global data center site operations.
Functional knowledge of Data Center mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure domains such as server platforms, storage, network devices, architectures, and IT service delivery best practices.
Highly driven, self-managed, with strong problem analysis and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of data center construction procedures and capacity planning.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25% to 50%+).
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in Bahasa and English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
