Job Role Familiar and able to work with these as mentioned below: Windows Server 2012/2016, AD, Hyper-V environment Office 365 administration Windows 7/8/10 desktop, mobile devices (iOS) Networking devices – routers, switches & firewalls Backup and anti-virus Hardware such as Desktop, Laptop, Printer & Fotocopy machine Cloud & SaaS environment ITSM Tools (Desktop Central and Service Desk Plus) & MDM Able to handle day to day responsiveness of IndoCAD's Service Desk System Experienced in troubleshooting & providing solution for assigned tickets Proactive to carries out agreed operational procedures, including network configuration, installation and scheduled maintenance Providing ad-hoc support for various engineering software ?? Requirements Background in IT/3-5 years experience in similar industry Fluent in English Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, MS Exchange, Office 365. MS Azure/Cloud Services, CRM & ERP System Experience submitting Change Requests (CR) with successful User Acceptance Testing Good teamwork & time management  Knowledge of a security framework such as ISO27001 well regarded. ??
