It Lan Support

Make settings and provide solutions to any problems on LAN Devices
- Support the implementation or switch over activities (if needed)
- Conduct escalaion to the User if problems are found that require coordination with other partners
- Minimum Diploma in Information Systems or related
- Good customer service communication skills
- Have knowledge basic skills in Networking (Cisco, Aruba, etc)
- Has knowledge in handling troubleshooting for hardware and software
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Has 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support
- Willing to work SHIFT
