- Minimum Diploma in Information Systems or related
- Good customer service communication skills
- Have knowledge basic skills in Programming
- Has knowledge in handling troubleshooting for hard phone and soft phone
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Has 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support
- Willing to work SHIFT
