ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
Training application on phone users.
Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems.
Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
Testing new technology.
RequirementsAcademic RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Technical Skills RequirementsAt least 1 Year of working experience as IT Helpdesk/IT Helpdesk Application Support.
Fresh Graduates with intern experience are welcome.
Having good knowledge in Computer Network, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
Having good knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server (Database, Integration Services, Analysis Services & Reporting Services).
Able to use Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
Having good communication skill.
