- Receiving and handling IT device problems such as E-mail Service, Domain, Antivirus, PC or Server O/S at Head Office, Internet, LAN, damaged Hardware, Corrupted Software, and IP for Phone
- Provides consultation to independently tackle complex product and network problems
- Able to respond to custoemr queried within the SLA
- Minimum Diploma in Information Systems or related
- Good customer service communication skills
- Have knowledge basic skills in Programming
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Has 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support
- Willing to work SHIFT
