- Pria/Wanita, Max age 30 years old
- Bachelor degree from Computer Science
- GPA min 3.0
- Min 1 Year Experience as IT Support, Technical Support or related
- Excellent knowledge on operating system and troubleshooting
- Familiar with PC hardware, printer, scanner, peripheral equipment, mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- Excellent knowledge on printer and folder sharing
- Understand client pc connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP, switch, router, proxy, DNS etc.
- Basic knowledge of AD (Active Directory) / user group setting
- Willing to go on Business Trips if needed
- Experienced CMD scripting/PowerShell scripting is a plus
- Experienced handling endpoint manager is a plus
- Experienced to do bulk image replication to workstation is a plus

- Support day to day operation IT Desktop Support
- Install, check, reset laptop, PC, mobile devices ACC Users
- Troubleshoot user problems
- Handling user asset management
