Setting tools for new emplotees: daily backup server, order, and update all software licenses
- Installing operation systems, services (Acks, hotfices, antivirus software, and other standard software (Android/IOS/Microsoft Windows Phone) According to the license owned by the user
- Installing and/or setting up the replacement of damaged hardware components with components provided by hardware partners
- Perfrom escalation and coordination with the User if the hardware is found that is not a standard device's user
- Perform escalation and coordination with the user on software that is not a standard device
- Minimum Diploma in Information Systems or related
- Good customer service communication skills
- Have knowledge basic skills in Programming, technical skills, and Network (LAN, WAN, VPN)
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Has 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support
- Willing to work SHIFT
