It Business Analyst (Project Based)

Envisioning - Define business functional & technical requirements - Identify, document, and analyze business process & risk
- Conduct feasibility study/impact analysis in terms of implementation proposed business requirements
- Translate business requirements into high-level design specification
- Define project schedule and resources allocation

Analyze & Design

- Design & prototyping
- Define flow of business process
- Develop functional specifications

Testing Process

- Perform system conversion and integration testing on testing environment
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & User Training
- Recommend promotion to production based on accreditation criteria

Deployment

- Supervise data conversion
- Conduct post implementation review.
