About the job IT Business Analyst Lead (E-Commerce)About the role:As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing project management, team leadership, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and solution design and implementation.Job ResponsibilitiesIn project management, you will define project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with both technical and business feasibility.You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and address escalations to facilitate smooth project execution.You will lead cross?functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.You will also play a crucial role in proactively managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure successful project outcomes.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks will be a key responsibility to minimize disruptions.You will ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement solutions that address business needs is another vital aspect of your role.RequirementsBachelors Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are highly advantageous.Experience & SkillsAt least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the insurance or technology sectors.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Proven track record in delivering projects successfully and achieving defined deliverables.Exceptional maturity in managing diverse stakeholders and navigating complex environments.Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project, and the MS Office Suite.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage resources and prioritize effectively.Demonstrated leadership and team?building skills, fostering collaboration and accountability.
