- Analyze and evaluate the company's current business processes and identify areas of improvement
- Review the latest business processes and technological advances to create a more modern system
- Identify and prioritize organizational functional and technical needs and requirements
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree at least 4 years of experience in business analysis, in the HR system (HRIS) is a plus
- ??Familiar with UML Flow diagrams
- ?Good understanding of System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) methodology
- ?Good understanding of business requirements, solutions design
- ?Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, Excellent documentation skills
