Monitoring system support newsroom, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all IT components related to broadcasting
Monitoring MCR operation support
Monitoring production control room support for live bulletin and breaking news and work closely with production teams to understand their technical requirements
Provide technical support for broadcast equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime
Backoffice support
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT roles related to the broadcast TV industry
Proven experience in managing broadcast systems, including servers, routers, switches, and other relevant infrastructure
Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting broadcast equipment and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues in a dynamic broadcasting environment.
