It Assistant Manager

Job Detail - Manage information technology and computer systems- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time- Audit systems and assess their outcomes- Preserve assets, information security and control structures- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness- Report to Manager- Must have experience in handling tracking business processes or have deep knowledge about it.- Must have SAP business one experience or have deep knowledge about it.- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in IT or computer literate - Have a minimum of 3-year experience in managing IT, preferably a Japanese/international/Joint venture. (as an assistant manager)- Knowledge of IT Security, Windows 365, VPN- Has experience in IT Management including policies and implementation- Has experience in IT asset management- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment- Good English communication skills (verbal & written) at Business level·Male, around 33 - 35
