Troubleshoot application software, database issues, and web application systems in a timely manner.
Perform System Integrity Testing (SIT) and review for new and modified applications, including transitioning to web applications at store & CSO, then create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for users.
Collaborate with IT Functional teams to identify problems, develop workarounds, resolve issues, and propose system changes.
Translate functional requirements into documented test plans, scripts, test cases, and steps.
Deploy service releases, patches, requests, and customizations.
Implement and monitor Store/DC applications for new and modified versions.
Support Month-End (ME) and Year-End (YE) data closing processes for financial reporting in Accounting.
Consolidate ME data and crosscheck for issues such as unbalance.
Execute user requests for generating data files, databases, reports, and prints in daily operations.
Deploy master data for new stores and remodeling projects.
Create or modify business documents and reports.
Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT or Data Processing and 1 year handling application and database systems.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Leadership skills.
Good communication and initiative.
Ability to work well in a team.
Detail-oriented.
