**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking care of purchasing goods for IT needs and the need to open a new store, taking care of the procurement of goods requested from users / user needs and needs for new stores.
- Creating a Sales Associate in the RPRO system activates a sales associate ID in the RPRO system.
- Make PR & PO for service.
- Make internet POs and manage internet invoice administration.
Make POs in NAV and Submit Invoices in HD urgent payment.
**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder Information Technology (IT).
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration in retail industry would be a plus.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
