Manage IT assets, data backup and security of access to information/data and other IT resources
Provide reports to management on the use of IT assets and carry out stock taking on IT assets
Responsible for operating Primary Domain Controllers and Secondary Domain Controls as backups
Carry out 2nd level handling based on existing policies on problems encountered at the IT Service Desk prior to escalation based on the applicable SLA and OLA
Responsible for monitoring and taking action on problems that occur in the IT Service Desk
