**Role**
- Performing daily and monthly invoicing function within the invoicing division of several entities
- Update contracts and new client information (pricing and charging detail) to the accounting software and other related platform
- Analyze and fix billing discrepancies or errors with credit/debit note.
When needed, you will actively work with other team to get required data and documents
- Managing client's database, filings and respond to client inquiries
- Providing support to accountants and other financial team members
- Actively supporting the invoicing processes automation
