Responsibilities
Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management which are supported by third-party perception study and develops equity stories based on these changes.
Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders such as analysts, investors, IDX, and OJK representatives. Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community.
Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.
Support the development of analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management.
Organizes campaigns, conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings.
Manages and updates the content of the investor relations portion of the company website, mailing list, investor newsletter, and data room
Oversees the production of all relevant disclosure reports, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Monitors changes and trends in the capital market industry, including its regulation and summarizes it periodically.
General support to company’s projects and program
Qualifications
S1 in Management, Finance, or Accounting. Min. 1 year with relevant experience, exposure in the capital market or as investor relations is a plus.
Understanding how the Indonesian capital market works, financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented and cross-functional collaboration spirit.

We do budgeting, investor relations-managing, and assisting executives in making decisions that affect the organization.it’s our job to take responsibility for the financial health of the organization. We act as the floodgates when money comes in and goes out.
