**Responsibilities / Introduction**
- Presentation to investor and Management
- Making Financial model
- Due diligent project
- Fund raising for project purpose
- Design various refinancing plans and strategies and provide update progress
- Analyze various mergers and acquisitions by organization, identify issues and assist in appropriate resolution.
- Monitor all results for process and maintain quality to improve businesses
**Requirement**
- Based from PE company / big 4 (especially EY)
- Min Bachelor Degree in accounting, Management, Business, Finance, master degree will be plus poin
- Having min 7 years experience in the related field (energy, new energy, carbon)
- having working experience with similiar industries / private equity firm
- Can communicate well in English both oral and written
- good analytical and strong leadership
- can work under pressure and tight deadline
