Investment Manager

An excellent Investment Manager job has just become available at a multinational engineering company in Jakarta. In this job you will be responsible for identifying new investment opportunities in Indonesia’s renewable energy space.
About the Investment Manager Role:
This position will be a critical role within the investment division reporting directly to the Country Head and Chief Investment Officer. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the investment team of a multinational company.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new investment opportunities, ranging from market assessment, auction submissions, to competitive positioning, to initial underwriting and deal structuring
Work on diligence efforts on pursued deals, including business diligence, risk underwriting, commercial negotiations and managing external advisers
Ability in hands-on involvement and/or leading the deal team in building robust flexible financial models to support deal underwriting and deal structuring efforts
Perform ad hoc analysis to support transaction negotiations
Provide hands-on support to portfolio companies

The successful candidate must possess good communication skills and strong business partnering.
Key Requirements:
Degree in finance or equivalent; CPA and CFA is preferred
Seven or more years of experience with strong exposure in investment
Financial modelling, accounting skills, and analytical mindset
Strong communication skills
Leadership skills in managing and coaching a team
High integrity and professional maturity
