**About the Company**:
Our client is a Private Equity company that focuses in the Real Estate sector who is currently looking for an Investment Associate
This position is a single contributor role, reporting to the Investment Director
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating financial modelling
- Due diligence
- Creating and presenting presentation pitch deck for investors
- Analyze cost of construction, IRR and NPV
- Divestment, value creation and M&A
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 4 years working experience in a corporate finance section
- Big 4 experience is a MUST
- Confidence in presenting themself and in facing clients
- Expert in financial modelling
- Excellent written and verbal communicator at all levels.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must
