Internship - Product Admin

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Product Admin Intern. This role will work closely with our product management team to assist with a variety of tasks related to product development and management.- Generate Data Reports: Collect and gather the necessary information and data for reporting purposes. Conduct analysis to provide basic insights for the reports.- Support the Project Implementation:- Assist in development process documentation- Conduct testing and document it based on the defined requirement.- Develop the product and user guidelines- Work and coordinate closely with product managers and other stakeholders in resolving operational issues- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, business, and product teams on administrative duties- Work location - WFO: Bandung / Jakarta**Requirement**- Bachelor degree from a reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome or last year of bachelor degree students- Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem-solving skills- Have a strong willingness to learn- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership, and can-do attitude- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) / Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of SQL- Able to communicate in English and Indonesia, via a verbal and written medium
