**Responsibility**:
+ Oversee all aspects of account management, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
+ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
+ Identify opportunities to grow business with existing and new customers
**Requirement**:
+ High passionate Recruiter fresh graduate/final year college student or having minimum 1 year Sales/Recruitment Agency working experience
+ Having a strong drive to succeed in sales, with a passion for identifying talent needs and supporting top talent in finding the right career paths
+ God negotiator with strong interpersonal, can do attitude, fast learner, energetic, proactive and hands-on
+ Good English with minimum Diploma Degree on any major/in the related field
