**Requirements**:

- Have e-commerce, retail, or agency background is a plus
- Student in university, new graduate is welcome
- Able to commit at least 3 months for the internship

**Skills**:

- Independent, high initiative, and good problem-solving skill
- Fast learner and committed to get the job done
- Good project management, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Has a "hands-on" approach to create value and manage projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc), and Google Sheets
- Familiar with CPAS (Collaboration Performance Advertising Solution) and budgeting will be a plus

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work with e-retailers team (Sephora, Lazada, & Zalora) closely to gain digital presence onsite and online
- Support the team to execute media buys for Sephora/Lazada collaboration ads and investment
- Support the team for creation of digital assets for mega campaigns
- Support in identifying KOLs to push for mega retail campaigns and livestreams (Lazlive/Z Live/FB Live Selling), if needed
- Oversee e-retailers livestreams to drive platform sales
- Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned
