Internal Revenue Associate (Hotel Reservation

**Responsibilities**- Maintain engagement with each selected 3rd party Online Travel Agent channels (OTAs) and direct web and mobile apps mechanism- Coordinate and maintain performance in specific OTA for all Bobobox and Bobocabin branch- Checking and decide which promotions that suitable for properties in all areas - Ensure the price parity across OTA's and direct web and mobile apps- Accountable for OTA Targets (per OTA and area-based targets)- Discuss with OTA Channels on what needs to be done in order to improve the conversion- Content, Reviews & Special opportunity on each channel- Performance movement- Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota for every site of Bobobox Places which are 80% occupancy for every daily site with different revenue targets for every daily site.**Requirements**:- Degree in hospitality management or similar- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role- Familiar with OTA extranets and channel manager- Demonstrates a positive attitude and confidence and can be a great team player when required- Is very self motivated, analytically detailed and results driven and can show a proven history of this.- Excellent communication, relationship and negotiation skills- Operates with an entrepreneurial spirit and likes to lead rather than follow.- Pre Opening experience would be considered a distinct advantage**Name - Internal Revenue Associate (example: Andy - Internal Revenue Associate)**Ability to commute/relocate:- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Hotel Reservation staff: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
