We are looking for Insurance Placement who will be placed in Jakarta, Head Office to do placement to the insurance companies for the commercial products (like: Property, Motor Vehicle, etc).
This position will keep and build good relationship, do negotiation with the insurance companies to achieve success ratio of the placement, good t/c, excellent SLA and their full support.
- Do insurance placement for all insurance products as requested
- Maintain, build good relationship and do good communication/ negotiation with Insurance Companies and Sales Team
- Ensure for proper quotation process as per SLA, and negotiate the terms/conditions and benefit with Insurance Companies and Sales team
- Prepare data and report as requested by Leader or other departments
- Achieve for hit and bind ratio of the business
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable University, preferably in Insurance
- Good networking and connection in the insurance industry, mainly with insurance companies
- Experience as a Technical or Placement in Insurance Broker or experience in Undewriting or Technical in Insurance Company for LoB, mainly: Property, Motor Vehicle, or others LoB
- At least experienced in related position for 3-5 years
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Having a degree or certificate of insurance broker or in insurance is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and speaking) is a plus
- Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team
- Able to work under limited deadline
