Job Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain good relationships with Branch Managers or Relation Managers of the banks allocated to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
Prepare production reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Coordinate with the Claims Team for claims settlements.
Perform Customer Centricity by being attentive, reliable, and available to customers, in line with current AXA pillars.
Ensure compliance by meeting regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Requirements Completion of a minimum of Diploma III or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in the current position within an insurance company.
Excellent communication and group facilitation skills, with the ability to write and deliver training courses and materials.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative, innovative approach and a focus on Customer Service Excellence.
Strong team leadership and time management skills.
Good knowledge of general insurance products (retail and commercial).
High level of integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
Proficiency in marketing media and technologies.
Good command of English.
