Job Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain good relationships with the Branch Manager or Relation Manager of the banks allocated to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
Prepare production reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Coordinate with the Claims Team for claims settlements.
Perform Customer Centricity by being attentive, reliable, and available to customers, in line with the current AXA pillars.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications Completion of a minimum of Diploma III or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in the current position within an insurance company.
Excellent communication and group facilitation skills, with the ability to write and deliver training courses and materials.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with creativity, innovation, and a commitment to Customer Service Excellence.
Strong team leadership and time management skills.
Good knowledge of general insurance products (retail and commercial business).
High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in marketing media and technologies.
Good command of English.
