Responsibilities

Develop learning modules and content for Class

Analysis of learning needs

Determine learning methods and strategies based on learning objectives

Create action mappings, learning journeys, course designs and content prototypes

Coordinate with Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Monitor content development progress

Develop interesting and interactive learning methods
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in educational technology, communication, or psychology.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in instructional design

Strong communication and interpersonal skill

Great time management skills with effective delivery of results.
Responsible and have a desire to learn about the world of education.
