**About this role**
The Infrastructure Project Delivery Leader will lead bid and project teams at Project Director level and drive the success of project delivery for large scare multidisciplinary infrastructure projects leveraging the broader Arup capabilities.
This role will bring together capabilities through integrating collaboratively wider One Arup expertise to create the capability delivering commercial positively projects with excellence and to clients through developing Arup solutions to client challenges and day-to-day engagement through demonstration of leadership with purpose and set a standard as a role model in Arup culture.
**What will I do?
**
- Responsible in bidding and procuring work, negotiating major contracts and for financial performance in several areas by leading project execution in the role of Project Director, Commercial Director, or Project Manager on projects with fees up to equivalent of AUD$10m in Indonesian Rupiah
- Responsible in the development, design, and management of large, complex, long-term projects.
This will involve coordinating people, facilities, and resources within tight timelines and in line with budgetary constraints
- Encourage the seamless collaboration between technical disciplines
- Be accountable for client relations and of representing Arup at a high level locally, nationally, and internationally
- Responsible in recruitment, appraisals, performance development, morale, and motivation of staff
**What will I bring?
**
- Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or similar disciplines
- Chartered Membership or equivalent of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies (e.g.
MICE, CEng, CPEng etc)
- Effective written communication and report writing skills
- Ability to maintain personal effectiveness particularly during periods of higher-than-normal workload
- Remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines
