To be responsible in Industrialization process for the new product. (Product Manufacturability) Provide the technical and economic elements necessary for the estimated product cost structure Create optimal industrial scenarios in conformity with the Schneider-Electric policy Create, design, implement, manage and qualify the processes assembly and fixtures with respect to: cost objectives, quality and project lead time rules and standards: PMP, SPS, Lean Manufacturing, Ergonomic, safety Provide most robustness process to the factory Provide one’s technical expertise to the units of production, and the in Continuous Engineering: Product and process Robustness

Efficient process Reach a good profitability investment Process in line with our strategy: Batam, STL or others To make sure that the process delivers to the plant for the new product is in line with the quality requested. Robustness, Test functional, pokayoke, traceability Provide the technical and economic elements necessary for the estimated product cost structure Create optimal industrial scenarios in conformity with the Schneider Electric policy Create, specify, design, implement, manage and qualify the processes assembly, test & fixtures with respect to: Cost objectives, quality and project lead time Rules and standards: PMP, SPS, Lean Manufacturing, Ergonomic, safety Provide technical expertise and support to the units of production, and in Continuous Engineering Provide technical supports to production sites in the SEA region Develop plant technical capabilities Manage suppliers Manage customer expectations Reach the right product quality through the process qualification.
Qualifications
Diploma or/ Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing / R & D environment Knowledge of Equipment, Maintenance and production means and its industries structure is essential Business Understanding: R & D structure, products, strategy Knowledge of costing (man hour and fabrication) is an advantage. Experience in supplier Relationship management Good knowledge of manufacturing process and jig & fixture design. Coiling, riveting, laser marking, welding, automatic process Able to evaluate the cost of an Equipment, jigs, etc Able to manage a budget and to optimize ROI (Investment) Good knowledge in designing Tools, 2D and 3D drawings Knowledgeable and experienced in project management Basic knowledge in quality management system Able to evaluate the cost of jigs, station, specific investment. Traveling related to Technology Transfer, Technical Support and Training will be part of the job Responsibility is not limited to projects, but has to support factory and suppliers Able to work simultaneously on multiple projects and multiple activities Geographical responsibility is South East Asia, but could be extended to Asia Pacific Operating Division Excellent communication in English and abilities in a multicultural environment Excellent abilities to interact with cross functional people Analyze & Solve technical issues will be a plus.
