Industrial Relation Analyst

Maintain in developing good relationship between employers and employees

Able to draft and review collective aggreement documents

Participating in leading projects focused on continuous improvement

Assist in the formulation and revision of policies

Assist with investigations and conduct grievance and disciplinaru assertions

At least 1-2 years exposure in HR Industrial Relation.
Experienced in resolving industrial relations disputes

Strong knowledge of employment legislations, industrial relation, labor law

Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
