Able to draft and review collective aggreement documents

At least 1-2 years exposure in HR Industrial Relation.
Experienced in resolving industrial relations disputes
Strong knowledge of employment legislations, industrial relation, labor law
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
