Our client is an industrial estate, looking for potential candidate for the role of Industrial Estate Marketing & Business Development Director .
Job Description: Design and implement marketing strategies to attract new companies or tenants.
Develop and enhance the branding of the industrial area for domestic and international markets.
Conduct market analysis to identify target company needs.
Maintain and nurture relationships with current and potential tenants.
Identify tenant needs to develop additional products or services.
Collaborate with government bodies, business associations, and stakeholders for support.
Attend exhibitions or conferences to promote the industrial area to investors.
Monitor competitor industrial areas to anticipate challenges and leverage opportunities.
Compare competitor facilities or pricing to maintain competitiveness.
Job Qualification: Preferably experienced in Industrial Estate and Property sectors.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in related fields.
Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
Proven experience in Industrial/Property Marketing and developing new opportunities.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Understanding of regulations and permitting processes.
Knowledge of business trends in the industrial/property sector.
Keeping up with current agility trends, agile, understand the global market and the economy.
Director to be hands-on, with deep knowledge in that specific field, able to drive execution.
