A local giant group is seeking a high-calibre Industrial Estate Development Director (Sulawesi) to focus on the overall operations and development of the estate.
About the Industrial Estate Development Director (Sulawesi) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Industrial Estate Development Director will play a key role in the expansion of industry prospects, strategic plans, pricing, market analysis and association networking.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling all aspects of estate management including building maintenance, industrial management, facilities management, regulations, permit and commercial
Handling and managing infrastructure including utilities, road, canal, green area, water treatment plant, grit chamber
Leading and coordinating development team (land purchasing, marketing research, planner and architect, quantity surveyors, engineers)
Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets

The successful candidate must possess extensive years of experience, excellent leadership, project management skills and financial minds.

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial estate management
Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
Acute business skills in areas of finance, computers, planning, and organisation
Willing to be based in Sulawesi
