INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING MANAGER (TANGERANG & JAWA TENGAH)
- Familiar or having expertise to manage improvement or Lean System in manufacturing.
- Have experience in the same position (as a Manager or Assistant Manager, minimum 5 years).
- Education Level minimum Bachelor Degree, major in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
- Have experience in Garment Industry.
- Strong leadership and have digital mindset.
Job Responsibility:
Monitoring lean system and evaluation of system implementation.
Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of garment operational and supporting process.
Standardization of working area to improve production performance.
Collaborate with Production team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Layout management in area of production and supporting.
