Industrial Engineering Manager

A world-leading apparel manufacturer is recruiting for an Industrial Engineering Manager job in Semarang to join their team. In this job, you will be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of industrial engineering.

About the Industrial Engineering Manager Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Industrial Engineering Manager will play a key role in the analysing, evaluating and efficient working of all processes and methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilisation Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities Estimate production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using drafting tools and computer Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximise product reliability, or minimise costs
To succeed in this Industrial Engineering Manager role, you will need to have the ability to understand, apply and implement concepts and lean tools to the company production system for improvement.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or above in Industrial Engineering Related work experience of 10 years in IE or manufacturing management At least five years' experience in management Excellent English (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)
