Responsibilities / Introduction Plan for capital and expense for program spend, and prepare monthly/quarterly variance analysis Support monthly close and quarterly forecasting process related to projectsWork with PMO and project teams to consolidate and validate forecasts and to distinguish accrual-based plan vs Cash FlowAnalyze monthly spend vs. vendor plan and vs internal planCoordinate charge-back of international or cross-brand costs related to each roadmap project Preparing for IPO and other indespensable right issue such Bonds and equity Work with project leads to help define and present financial impact of additional resources and/or change requests, and obtain updated forecasts as neededSupport and implement spend management initiatives with the project teamCoordinate the tracking and calculation of internal resource plans with the PMO / Workstream Leads and validate capitalizationDevelop model for and provide finance support and analysis for Steering Committee presentations Requirement Have 5 years experience as associate in corporate finance field, such IPO, Underwriter and analyst Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including ability to manage and analyzelarge quantities of dataExperience using Hyperion and SAP a plusOrganized, with excellent prioritization and time management skillsStrong communication skillsStrong attention to detailBackground in accounting & financeProactively looking to drive improved processes
