(Indonesia) Senior Buyer

Responsibilities / Introduction Degree in Business, Operations Management or a related field of study such as Engineering;Must have 3-5 years of related experience in Procurement, Engineering or Supply Chain.Professional certification in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Project Management is a plus.Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels within the organization up to and including Managing Director.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional, multi-cultural, matrix environment.Strong oral and written for english communication skills with ability to present in business-friendly language and formats. Requirement Procure goods and services with close interface to Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Marketing, and Finance for the Automation teamEnsure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operationsCoordinate/leverage purchases regionally and globally; responsible for negotiations with suppliersExecute and drive the Regional sourcing strategy of CAPEX equipment, in collaboration with the Engineering teams, and in direct link with the Business needs (CBU Operations, Performances and Projects (OPP) teams, Plant Directors and Engineering Managers.
