About the role
Botinkit International (HK) Limited, a leading provider of innovative cooking robot solutions, is seeking an exceptional Indonesia Sales Country Manager to join our team in Jakarta.
This full?time role will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in the Indonesian market, playing a pivotal part in the company's expansion across Southeast Asia.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base in Indonesia
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision?makers and influential industry stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, effectively qualifying leads and closing sales
Collaborate closely with the sales team to share best practices and ensure consistent delivery of our solutions
Provide timely and accurate sales reporting, analysing performance data to inform strategic decision?making
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and support tools
Mentor and develop the local sales team, fostering a high?performance culture
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry
Extensive experience in the Indonesian market, with a strong understanding of the local business landscape and customer needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to conduct business in these languages
Collaborative mindset, with a commitment to teamwork and knowledge?sharing
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast?paced, dynamic environment
