(Indonesia) Qa&C Manager

Responsibilities / Introduction - Assisting the Head QC in planning, controlling, evaluating, and ensuring that control is in accordance with the procedure.- Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and developing quality control systems- Responsible for leading, managing, developing, coordinating, and monitoring everything related to quality control.- Responsible for reviewing and monitoring audit reports, validation, trial, calibration, and NCR- Ensuring the production process in accordance with BPOM, Halal (SJH), HCCP, GMP, ISO 22000.- Responsible for batch record completeness for easy browsing.- Conduct quality training to QC departments, production, and engineering to improve quality so that they have standard knowledge and skills in solving and deciding on any issues related to quality- Connect and communicate actively with relevant department managers such as production, engineering, PPIC, R&D to resolve product quality issues found- Actively participate in quality improvement and safety programs. Requirement Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.Required language(s): English is a MUSTAt least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.Have a good communicationStrong personCan be working under pressure
