Responsibilities / Introduction To be responsible for implementation of the production plans in both quantities and qualityTo be responsible for the daily supervision of the various production sections and the proper running of work in these section, and to solve them. To coordinate continually between the production sections and the other sections and departmentsTo ensure the Process Parameters of Saponification, Soap Finishing Lines & Glycerin are correctly formulated (in conjunction with R&D and QC), reviewed & FollowedTo ensure the Optimum Utilization of the resources like Manpower (including overtime strict control), Material consumption, Utilities & ConsumablesTo maintain daily production reportsTo maintain good manufacturing practice productivity with regard to quality and quantity and to ensure optimum utilization of production elementsTo strictly control the scrap generation & optimize the recycling & reuseTo ensure that the Plant & machinery is always maintained well. Cleanliness & Housekeeping of the Factory & its all areas is maintained at all the timesTo plan the issuing and delivery of raw materials from stores and to ensure proper storage in identified areaTo coordinate with Logistic Manager in case of change in daily plansTo coordinate with Maintenance Manager regarding periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance plans as well as planned maintenance programs and overhauling Requirement Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemical or Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or EquivalentUnderstanding Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008Understanding Environment Management System ISO 14001, SMK3 (Safety), GMP.Understanding Halal Assurance System HAS 23000Understanding Kosher SystemGood Command Oral & Written
