Responsibilities / Introduction • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions. • Ensure accuracy, adequacy and legitimacy of data, reports, dashboards and other deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.• Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritisation, approval, review/QA and delivery. • Assist in the design and development of our experimentation platform • Analyse, interpret and present results through effective visualisation and reports • Identify new opportunities for business process improvement • Identify critical metrics. • Liaise with business stakeholders to understand the requirements for reporting and delivering correct and accurate information • Implement and instil best practices for effective data management • Monitor the use of data systems and ensure correctness, completeness and availability of data services • Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees. Requirement • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills. • Excellent proficiency in SQL, able to write cost-effective queries • At least 3 years of proven work experience as a data analyst or business data analyst. • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. • Able to gather, organise, analyse, and discharge significant amounts of information with accuracy and particular attention to detail. • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analysing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
