Key Responsibilities Areas:
Be accountable for customs, duties, tariffs, drawback, refunds & exclusions, and maintenance of foreign trade data in the company database including:
1.
Shipping instructions
2.
Summary of inventory results
3.
Primary response to complaints
4.
Delivery confirmation
6.
Arranging and scheduling import orders from various clients
7.
Other related tasks
1.
Minimum 1 year experience as import/export staff in logistics company or trading company
2.
Proficiency of English, both verbal and written
3.
PPJK certificate will be an advantage
4.
Have experience handling customer service for import/export service will be an advantage
