A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.**About the role**:Assist the Supply Chain team in administrative, coordination and follow-up tasks associated with Import and Export process.**Key responsibilities**:- Preparing Export documentation, communicate and coordination with freight forwarder, shipping line and third party- Checking PEB draft- Communicate with consignee for shipping schedule- Coordinate with warehouse and supply planning team to get engagement for all process export- Preparing importation clearance process of BPOM, quarantine, surveyor and custom clearance.- Preparation of authorization letter, proposal, and other documents required.- Preparation of hard copy shipping documents and check for completeness and alignment.- Check PIB draft and do communication on PIB confirmation to forwarding agent.- Coordination to Warehouse, Prepare and send notification of arrival to Warehouse and related functions along with necessary documents as attachment.- Other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required- Coordinate with regulatory affair and other function department for further alignment- Price analysis for freight**Qualifications and skills**:- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook is essential; experience in SAP or other ERP system is a definite advantage, but not essential- The ability to work with numbers and calculations is essential- English and Indonesia Bahasa - verbal and written communication competencies in both are essential- Possess an open nature / collaborative mind-set that enables you to work with people from different functions and levels- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that exemplify the highest level of professionalism in both internal and external environments- Strong organisation and time management skills- Demonstrate relentless drive and determination to achieve success- Strong problem solving skills; the ability to ask the right questions, help frame logical conclusions and arrive at effective solutions- Possess strong planning and analytical skills and be able to take complex issues and break down actions for resolutions and working with tight deadlines
