(Ict Provider) Transmission Technical Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the post-sales technical service activity
- Managing engineers and providing the effective customer service to deliver issue resolution
- Providing technical consultation to internal sales and product team
- Ensuring all technical team member are fully engaged in delivering the project and meet the project objective
- Fully in charge on managing overall service spare parts and maintenance side
- Implementing training program to increase service team's capability
- Participating in internal and external customer meeting to define technical requirements, quality assurance, manpower allocation and tool requirement to improve customer satisfaction
- Liaising with service partner on technical related such as technical specification, spare parts, performance parameter and warranty issues.
**Requirements**:

- Having bachelor degree from Telecommunication, Computer, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Having 3+ years working experience on transmission related
- Having technical knowledge and skillsets in DWDM, SDH, MSTP, NCE products
- Experienced in sales, know the selling procedure would be plus points
